One of the company’s founder members and the person responsible for its management is György Lovász. He completed his studies as a foreign trade economist at the College of Modern Business Sciences. Before launching his enterprise in Hungary, he spent 4 years abroad in the United States and France, where he acquired excellent English and French language skills. His experienced obtained there formed the basis of the structure of his company and in the long term led him to build a group now consisting of several companies, and which has been successfully operating for nearly a decade.
As CEO, he is responsible for the continuous development and expansion of the company. In recent years, new companies have been set up in various but closely linked fields, which together are able to provide a comprehensive service to their Partners in the field of enterprise resource management.
As the founder member of the company’s accounting and tax consulting business unit, he is responsible for the development of the company’s own ERP system, as well as for the fields of HR and finance.
He is a registered tax consultant. He has extensive knowledge of the introduction and operation of the finance modules of ERP systems. He has an excellent command of English, is a member of the National Association of Hungarian Accountants, and is a founder member of the Consumer Rights Protection Organisation.
In the past he acquired auditing and management experience at international and multinational companies. During his term as head of the financial department of the Köves Clifford Chance firm of solicitors, he participated in the reconciliation of accounting systems a significant reorganisation project. Before that, at Hopi Hungária Kft. he oversaw the development of the Hungarian subsidiary’s entire financial, accounting and administrative activity and the introduction of the SAP system. He started his career at Deloitte’s Hungarian office, where he broadened his knowledge as a senior auditor.

The company’s finance manager graduated in economics from Károly Róbert University College, specialising in financial and enterprise studies. After this, he qualified as a chartered accountant and tax consultant. He has more than ten years of experience in the fields of accounting, taxation and consulting, and several years of management experience.
His specialist field is VAT and property taxation, as well as cash flow planning and hedge transactions, and regularly provides consulting services to our Clients in these areas. In addition, he provides technical support for our team leaders when they provide tax consultation, tax calculation and tax return services. He also reviews reports and is active in the field of tax optimisation consulting. On numerous occasions he has brought our Clients’ tax inspections to a successful conclusion before the appeals division of the Tax Authority and the courts as well.
ICT Európa Network Kft’s Technical Manager is a computer programmer and systems analyst. After qualifying as an economics IT specialist, he graduated as an IT engineer. He is a certified HP, Microsoft and Cisco specialist, and is also a qualified ISO 27001 auditor.
He worked for several years for branches of GE Hungary. He then held a management position at an IT solutions supplier company in the SME sector for nearly 10 years. Now, as the company’s Technical Manager, he is responsible for the high-standard and excellent operation of the company infrastructure, and for our Outsource and Development business units. His tasks include the technical management and control of the business units and their engineers, communicating with key clients and heading IT security projects.
International Consulting Team Audit Kft.
The company group’s auditing Partner graduated in accounting at the Faculty of Economics of the Budapest University of Economics and State Administration. She has been a certified auditor since 2007 and a registered auditor member of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors since 2012.
Over the past 12 years, she has gained broad experience in auditing enterprises, financial institutions and local authorities, and has also participated in the auditing of reorganisations and transfers from HUF to foreign exchange. She is proficient in several foreign languages and is able to assist our partners with her expertise and professional advice in both the English and French.

András Csősz has been coordinating the group’s sales processes and sales expansion for more than six years. After graduating in commercial economics, he acquired professional experience in the service sector. As Sales and Marketing Manager, he is continuously active in both service development and maintaining client satisfaction.
