A vezet\u0151 kit\u00f6lti az \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u0151lapot, megt\u00f6rt\u00e9nik a besz\u00e9lget\u00e9s, majd a folyamat gyakran le is z\u00e1rul a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 \u00e9vig. Ez a megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s azonban egyre kev\u00e9sb\u00e9 t\u00e1mogatja a mai munkahelyi m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9st.<\/p>\n<p>A munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k ma m\u00e1r \u00e1tfog\u00f3bb visszajelz\u00e9st v\u00e1rnak ann\u00e1l, mint hogy hogyan teljes\u00edtettek egy adott id\u0151szakban. Nem csup\u00e1n m\u00e9r\u00e9sre szolg\u00e1l: seg\u00edti a rendszeres visszajelz\u00e9st, a fejleszt\u00e9si ir\u00e1nyok kijel\u00f6l\u00e9s\u00e9t, valamint a motiv\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e9s az elismer\u00e9s tudatosabb t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00e9ves teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s \u00f6nmag\u00e1ban ritk\u00e1n ad el\u00e9g kapaszkod\u00f3t a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3knak. Az \u00e9vente egyszer adott visszajelz\u00e9s arr\u00f3l, hogy valaki miben teljes\u00edtett j\u00f3l \u00e9s hol sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges fejl\u0151dnie, sok esetben m\u00e1r t\u00fal k\u00e9s\u0151n \u00e9rkezik a korrekci\u00f3hoz. A nem egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171 elv\u00e1r\u00e1sok, a ritka visszajelz\u00e9sek \u00e9s a k\u00f6vetkezetlen \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s mind megnehez\u00edtik, hogy a dolgoz\u00f3k pontosan meg\u00e9rts\u00e9k, mit v\u00e1r t\u0151l\u00fck a szervezet.<\/p>\n<p>A j\u00f3l m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nymenedzsment ezzel szemben nem egyetlen \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u0151 besz\u00e9lget\u00e9sre \u00e9p\u00fcl. Folyamatos keretet ad a c\u00e9lok tiszt\u00e1z\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, a visszajelz\u00e9shez \u00e9s a fejl\u0151d\u00e9si ir\u00e1nyok kijel\u00f6l\u00e9s\u00e9hez.
