István Csomós

As a founding member of our accounting and tax advisory business, he is responsible for the development of our own corporate governance system, HR and finance.
Registered tax adviser. Comprehensive knowledge in implementing and operating financial modules of corporate management systems. Excellent English language skills. She is a member of the National Association of Hungarian Accountants and a founding member of the Consumer Law Enforcement Organisation.
Previous audit and management experience in international and multinational companies. While leading the finance department of the law firm Köves Clifford Chance, he was involved in the accounting deregulation of a major restructuring project. Prior to that, he managed the development of the entire financial, accounting and administrative activities of the Hungarian subsidiary of Hopi Hungária Kft. and the implementation of the SAP system. He started his career at Deloitte's Hungarian office, where he deepened his knowledge as a senior auditor.
Csaba Szabó

The Professional Director of our company holds a degree in Economics from the Charles Robert College of Economics, specialising in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Subsequently, he also qualified as a chartered accountant and tax consultant. He has more than ten years of experience in accounting, taxation and consultancy, as well as several years of management experience.
He specialises in VAT and real estate taxation, cash flow planning and hedging, and regularly provides ad hoc advice to clients on these topics. In addition, he provides professional support to our team leaders in the areas of tax advice to clients, tax computations and tax returns, as well as in the areas of review of accounts and tax optimisation advice. On several occasions, he has successfully brought our Clients' tax audit cases before the second instance tax authorities and the courts.
Gábor Gulyás

Gábor has more than 14 years of professional experience (including 10 years of experience in managing audit engagements) gained in an international audit firm (Big4). He has considerable experience in auditing, advising on auditing and accounting for medium and large companies, listed companies on statutory and IFRS compliant individual and consolidated accounts.
As a signatory auditor and advisor, he has also assisted his clients in various restructurings, currency conversions, due diligence and special transactions.
Dr. Roland Zsidi

He obtained his law degree at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Pécs, after which he practised as a candidate lawyer and then as an independent lawyer. He has almost ten years of experience in the fields of labour law, economic and civil law, in particular enforcement law, real estate law and claims management. He also represents clients in litigation, extra-judicial proceedings and tax administration proceedings.
By integrating legal services with the accounting and tax advisory services provided by ICT Europa Holding, it provides clients with complex, coordinated and professional advice and representation.
Tibor Lovász

He started working with ICT Europe Group 7 years ago through teaching English. As a result of several years of working relationship, she is now responsible for the HR processes of the group, recruitment, long-term employee satisfaction and performance appraisal coordination. In addition to her university studies in Pécs, she lived and studied in a foreign language area for several years. Besides English, she also speaks French.
He is a very people-oriented person, who does his best to keep a great team together, which gives our colleagues confidence in him in any situation.

Zoltán Kovács

He joined the ICT Europe group 9 years ago. He worked as a key account manager for 7 years. During this time, he gained a comprehensive and relevant understanding of the client needs for accounting, tax, audit and legal services and of the overall consulting market. As Group Marketing Director, he is responsible for developing the firm's marketing strategy, expanding the client base and improving client relationships. He delivers communication training to the professional team and works closely with the business unit leaders in marketing and sales. He also provides operational direction to the team of key account managers to support the successful operation and growth of the office. He holds a degree from the University of Pécs.

Our CFO graduated from the Budapest School of Finance and Accounting with a degree in economics and a diploma in taxation, after having spent part of his undergraduate studies abroad. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Eötvös Loránd University. Over the past 10 years he has gained a wide range of experience in the multinational and SME sector in both controller and financial management positions.
