One of the company’s founder members and the person responsible for its management is György Lovász. He completed his studies as a foreign trade economist at the College of Modern Business Sciences.
As CEO, he is responsible for the continuous development and expansion of the company. In recent years, new companies have been set up in various but closely linked fields, which together are able to provide a comprehensive service to their Partners in the field of enterprise resource management.
As the founder member of the company’s accounting and tax consulting business unit, he is responsible for the development of the company’s own ERP system, as well as for the fields of HR and finance.
He is a registered tax consultant. He has extensive knowledge of the introduction and operation of the finance modules of ERP systems. He has an excellent command of English, is a member of the National Association of Hungarian Accountants, and is a founder member of the Consumer Rights Protection Organisation.
In the past he acquired auditing and management experience at international and multinational companies. During his term as head of the financial department of the Köves Clifford Chance firm of solicitors, he participated in the reconciliation of accounting systems a significant reorganisation project. Before that, at Hopi Hungária Kft. he oversaw the development of the Hungarian subsidiary’s entire financial, accounting and administrative activity and the introduction of the SAP system. He started his career at Deloitte’s Hungarian office, where he broadened his knowledge as a senior auditor.
Our CFO graduated as an economist from the faculty of College of Finance and Accountancy in Budapest and majored in taxation. Earlier he had studied partially abroad. Afterwards, he received his MBA master’s degree from ELTE Faculty of Economics. For the last decade, he has gained wide experience in the field of finance and controlling both as an expert and as a manager in the SME sector and at multinational businesses as well.
As CFO, he is responsible for coordinating and supervising our group finances and provides support for fulfilling the customer needs more efficiently.

The company’s finance manager graduated in economics from Károly Róbert University College, specialising in financial and enterprise studies. After this, he qualified as a chartered accountant and tax consultant. He has more than ten years of experience in the fields of accounting, taxation and consulting, and several years of management experience.
His specialist field is VAT and property taxation, as well as cash flow planning and hedge transactions, and regularly provides consulting services to our Clients in these areas. In addition, he provides technical support for our team leaders when they provide tax consultation, tax calculation and tax return services. He also reviews reports and is active in the field of tax optimisation consulting. On numerous occasions he has brought our Clients’ tax inspections to a successful conclusion before the appeals division of the Tax Authority and the courts as well.

Our Company's Deputy Director of Finance graduated as an economist from the faculty of Finance and Accounting of Corvinus University in Budapest. In addition to her diploma, she has also been qualified as a certified accountant and as an IFRS certified accountant and tax advisor. She has more than eight years of experience in accounting, taxation and consultancy, and several years in management.
She provides the team leaders of the firm with professional support in revising reports and tax calculations, in tax optimisation consulting areas, where she mainly coordinates and reviews. In addition, she provides occasional tax and business advisory services to our Clients. She also helps our partners in English with her expertise and professional advice.

Gábor has more than 14 years of professional experience (including 10 years of experience in managing audit engagements), which he has gained at an international audit firm (Big4). He has significant knowledge in auditing individual and consolidated financial statements for medium and large corporations and listed companies as well in compliance with the statutory requirements and also IFRS, and in providing clients with auditing and accounting consultancy.
Having the right to sign audit reports and being a consultant, he has helped his clients in various transformations, foreign exchange, due diligence and other special transactions.

The company group’s auditing Partner graduated in accounting at the Faculty of Economics of the Budapest University of Economics and State Administration. She has been a certified auditor since 2007 and a registered auditor member of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors since 2012.
Over the past 12 years, she has gained broad experience in auditing enterprises, financial institutions and local authorities, and has also participated in the auditing of reorganisations and transfers from HUF to foreign exchange. She is proficient in several foreign languages and is able to assist our partners with her expertise and professional advice in both the English and French.
Dr. Babett Korponai

Babett has 20 years of experience in the field of taxation of companies, of which she spent 17 years with a BIG4 company and then worked as a partner for a small Hungarian-owned boutique tax consulting firm before joining the ICT Group. She is a lawyer, accountant and registered tax expert. She has been responsible for the day-to-day tax advisory services of several multinational and domestic companies, and has led a number of due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects.
Her responsibilities include the coordination and professional supervision of advisory services provided to clients.
András Csősz has been coordinating the group’s sales processes and sales expansion for more than six years. After graduating in commercial economics, he acquired professional experience in the service sector. As Sales and Marketing Manager, he is continuously active in both service development and maintaining client satisfaction.
He says that the most important aspect of his work is ensuring that the services offered provide a long-term solution to clients’ concrete needs. Those provided by ICT Európa Holding are precisely thus, as they are innovative in all respects and present a new direction in the field of administrative services.

Dr Roland Zsidi

He obtained his degree of law at the Faculty of Law, University of Pécs, following which he worked as a junior associate. Since he passed the Hungarian professional examination in law, he has been working as a self-employed attorney at law. He has almost ten years of experience in the fields of employment law, economic law and civil law (esp. judicial enforcement, property transactions and claims management). He represents his clients in contentious, non-contentious as well as tax administration proceedings.
